Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Packaging: Returned in its original packaging with all included components.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required if purchased from sources other than suvaa.in.
Return Process
- Initiation: To initiate a return, please email hello@suvaa.in with your order number, product details, and any supporting images or videos.
- Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Approval: If approved, we will coordinate the return process with you.
Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@suvaa.in.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue promptly and work towards a resolution.
