Returns and Exchanges
Suvaa offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery of your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product is returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
To report any damage, defect, or item mismatch, customers must provide a video of the unboxing from the moment the package is opened, ensuring the shipping AWB number is clearly visible at the start. This ensures transparency and helps Suvaa process your request promptly.
For select limited edition drops (e.g., special collections), refunds will only be issued as a one-time discount code, where applicable.
Return Process
Please use this utility to process refunds and exchanges.
Once the return request is received, Suvaa will review and respond within 5 business days. After approval, the return pickup will be coordinated accordingly.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Customers will be notified of the approval status and the applicable refund method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Exceptions
- Sale items or special promotional items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Products must meet all eligibility criteria as stated above.
