- One exchange, subject to stock availability and your delivery location.
- Your replacement is sent after we receive and check your pair.
- Pay the difference for a higher-priced pair. For a lower-priced pair, the difference is not refunded.

The Begum Mules have quickly become my everyday go-to. They strike the perfect balance between smart, sexy, and comfortable, and the craftsmanship is exceptional.
As someone with very broad (and big) feet, I was hesitant to try closed footwear—because it almost never fits right. But these completely surprised me. The stretch allows the shoe to glide on effortlessly and fit like a glove, without any discomfort.
If you’re unsure because of the price, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it. Suvaa footwear truly becomes your go-to for every day and every occasion.
